Cheat Codes?

It is no secret that I am geeky when it comes to new information, and thanks to all of you who send me constant validation in my mission to transform the matrix, I have some fun stuff to share with you fellow smarty pants! I spent the last 7  years breaking patterns and codes that keep the human race from being the unique design they organically came here to be. The entanglements can take us off track so it seems, but the truth is, we have a plan. Sometimes we don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel even though the signs are all around us. The question is, how long will it take us to figure them out? Do we have to crash to wake up? The answer is NO! There are shortcuts and they are all just waiting to be revealed. Sounds easy and it actually it can be 🙂 YAY!
When I get AH-HA’s I usually get them in the oddest moments. Cleaning my house, in the shower,from things my children say or sometimes the words come out of my mouth before I even know what I am even saying.  Ever do that? Of course you do…we are all brilliant when we let our hearts do the talking.
Shortcuts anyone?

When discovering how we buddy up emotions like anger for motivation or depression for love, we build a pattern in our neuropathways to keep firing the buddies together. For example; when some people want to get that surge of energy to complete a project, the anger manifests to get you there. Yikes! Don’t worry, it’s not your fault, it is in your DNA!
I just got an article written by David Schouela that says: Increasingly we are hearing in the popular press the axiom “neurons that fire together, wire together”. In 1949 Canadian behavioral psychologist Donald Hebb proposed that learning linked neurons in new ways. He proposed that when two neurons fire at the same time repeatedly (or when one fires, causing the other to fire) chemical changes occur in both, so that the two tend to connect more strongly. Hebb’s concept was neatly summarizerd by neuro-scientist Carla Shatz: Neurons that fire together, wire together.” (from Norman Doidge’s book “The Brain that Changes Itself“)

What this means in practical terms is that each time you repeat a particular thought or action, you strengthen the connection between a set of brain cells or neurons. As neuroscience expert and psychologist Dr. Rick Hanson says, “the mind and the brain are a unified system. As the brain changes, the mind changes. As the mind changes, the brain changes. This means that you can use your conscious mind to make lasting changes to your brain to bring about greater well-being and happiness in your life.”  
What happens in the HEAL Technique is so awesome because it actually brings the subconscious to the conscious. Then we make the shift with a quick fix up!
